Senters Group · Hubert News
Last updated: October 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to Senters Group, LLC, located at 2009 Carter Ct, Versailles, Kentucky 40383 (mailing address: PO Box 1723, Versailles, Kentucky 40383), and to the Hubert News website at hubertnews.com.

Senters Group, LLC takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the limits that apply to mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data. “You” means a visitor or user of our website. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Senters Group, LLC. “Our site” means hubertnews.com.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors that transmit messages solely to operate the Senters Group LLC program, and as required by law.

All other information transmitted, printed, or otherwise submitted through this website is used only as this policy describes. This site may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We may disclose information to law enforcement or other public officials when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

Section 1: Collected information

We automatically collect and/or track the following:

  • Web page http headers (home server domain names, IP address, type of client computer, and type of web browser);
  • Information you knowingly provide through online forms, registration forms, surveys, and other entries, such as name, email address, phone number, and similar contact details;
  • Information, user-specific or aggregate, on what pages visitors access; and
  • Email addresses of visitors who write to us.

If you check the optional SMS consent box, we also keep a record of that consent, the phone number you submitted, and the date and page of the opt-in. That record is SMS opt-in data.

Section 2: Use of data collected

We use personal and technical data to operate the site, understand which articles are read, and send information you asked for. Email addresses may be used to send publication updates you subscribed to, replies to questions you sent us, and, where permitted, email about our own publications. You can opt out of marketing email at any time.

SMS text messages are different. We send SMS only to a person who has given express consent, for example by checking the optional consent box on the SMS sign-up form and submitting a phone number. Entering a phone number without checking that box is not consent to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything, and it is not required to read Hubert News.

We do not treat a visit to this website, or the presence of a number on a do-not-call list, as permission to send SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.

Section 3: Disclosure of data to third parties

If you choose to provide personal information other than a mobile number and SMS consent, we may use it:

  • To consider and answer a request you made;
  • As required by law; and
  • To send our own publication updates, where you have agreed to hear from us.

We may use service providers to host the website, deliver email, and keep records. They may use the information only to perform those services for us.

Exclusion for mobile and SMS data. The sentences in this policy that describe sharing information do not apply to mobile telephone numbers or to SMS opt-in data. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, loan, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or SMS opt-in information collected through the program. We do not share that information with affiliates for their own marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All sharing described above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties, except messaging platforms and wireless carriers that transmit the messages solely to operate the program, and except disclosures required by law, regulation, or legal process, or made to protect our rights or property.

Section 4: Your opt-out rights

You may choose not to submit your information. You may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in those emails, or by emailing support@hubertsenters.com with the address you want removed.

You may cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You may also email support@hubertsenters.com or call (859) 963-3445 and ask to be removed. Reply HELP for help. After you text STOP, we send a confirmation and then stop program messages to that number.

Section 5: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The GDPR protects the personal data of people in the European Union. We do not specifically target our publication at the EU. If GDPR applies to personal data you provide while using the site, we will honor the applicable parts of the Regulation.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing, and to object to processing, including the “right to be forgotten.” Contact support@hubertsenters.com to make a request.

Section 6: We do not intend to collect data from children

Hubert News is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly use information collected from children for marketing. No part of the site is structured to attract anyone under 18. The SMS program is intended for adults.

Section 7: Our right to contact you

We may contact you about a request you submitted, a change to this policy, or a change to the terms that apply to you. Those service messages are separate from marketing. SMS marketing and news alerts are sent only with the express consent described in Section 2.

Section 8: Our right to change

We may update this policy by posting the revised version on this page with a new “last updated” date. The rule that mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing will remain in any revision for as long as the SMS program is offered.

Section 11: Information for ISPs

Website: hubertnews.com
Company: Senters Group, LLC
Email: support@hubertsenters.com

We do not want to send unsolicited email. Marketing email is sent to people who opted in or who have an existing business relationship with us, and it includes instructions for opting out. We do not buy mobile numbers for texting. SMS is sent only after express consent collected for the Senters Group LLC program.

If an ISP has a question about a message, contact support@hubertsenters.com.

SMS privacy policy

This section applies to the Senters Group LLC text program (the “Program”) offered by Senters Group, LLC. It is part of this Privacy Policy. If another sentence in this policy conflicts with this section, this section controls for mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data.

We use information you provide through the Program to send your text messages, keep a record of your consent, and respond to you if you ask for help.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose Program information if a law, regulation, or governmental request requires it, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you submit the opt-in form, you agree to provide accurate information and not to use a name you are not authorized to use. If we believe information is untrue or that an opt-in was made for an improper purpose, we may refuse access to the Program.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not disclosed for that purpose. To make a request, contact:
